Cinderella

So, now you’ve read the comic. Perhaps you’re short out of breath, as you’ve laughed heartily as you were imagining the guards coming to Cinderella‘s rescue with guns’a'totin’ due to a most pun-ridden literal report. Or perhaps you envisioned a hamburgare patty big enough to accompany the cut-up wagon with a sea of condiments? To each his own, and that’s arguably the best part about the whole “what if”-scenario.

Cinderella is one of those movies that Disnet strategicly put in our Christmas specials in Sweden. Each year we get to see the same sequence, the one with the mice ironicly tailoring the poor girl’s dress, and each year some girl out there sits sighing and wishes to go the castle.

It’s a beautiful dream, but since 50% of us aren’t women, and Anna’s literally barking mad and more likely to transform into Godzilla and trample the royal army underfoot, it’s not one we share. Albeit Timmy’d look ab fav in a pair of high heels…

Inception

Let’s not waste time, shall we? Each second that passes could be a lifetime for our poor, soggy dreamers, so without further ado: Inception.

We ask your pardon for the slight tardiness. New tables, new tests and life in general has a tendency to creep up on you when you least expect it, but next week’s update is already in the pipe, so you’ll have no delay come Thursday.

The End of the Beginning

Top o’ the morning to y’all!

This Monday’s update marks the last of the Mondays’ys, the honey moon period in which we’ve put up two comics each week. From now we’ll let poor Anna focus on her upcoming Alice-project, which you should read about in the future but still follow in Swedish on her blog . It’s been great fun thus far, and we’ve even had as many as FOUR unknown folks like our shit. From Google Analytics I can even discern that we have a reoccuring reader from Zimbabwe – isn’t that the absolute best thing all day? Thanks, mate! :D

This Monday’s also a lil’ bit special, because as I looked deep into Anna’s mind, I could see this little comical nugget brimming with fury. She didn’t know it was there, but I fetched it, raised it, and presented it to her after I’d feed it radiated beets for a week, and lo’ and behold: Amélie Art appeared! I hope you like it, I do feel prettily purdy proud of ourselves.

For those of you with doubts, let me put this straight: Co-operation is the best. Seriously. No man is an island, but two peeps are like a fucking nation of awesome!

In other news, I’ve been up and having at it with IT and tech the whole weekend. An iPad 2 is slowly, and ironicly while we’re on hipster grounds, finding it’s way down to my lap. I’m preparing for it much in the same way that most sane people prepare for the second coming of Christ, or perhaps their children should they know their children would be Superman when he grows up.
